Throughout this year, COVID-19 has changed how we live our lives, from sudden shifts in schooling to negative (for some, positive) changes in many industries worldwide. One of these industries is Advertising – more specifically, Video Advertising.
Episode 2 of our MktSoc Video Perspectives series, "How to Advertise in a Pandemic," focuses on the changes Video Advertising has faced and how firms have adapted to promote their brands. Andrew Ni discusses four main strategies advertisers have used during this pandemic – reusing footage, leveraging User Generated Content (UGC), creating animated ads, and being generally resourceful.
